Euro 4x Champs Cancelled

DBS understands the 2010 European 4x Champs has been cancelled. It was scheduled to take place in Germany in August at the Wilthen Bike Park. Anyone able to read and translate German can see the reasons why on the Wilthen Bike Park website here. It seems to be due to lack of funding.

No official word from the UEC yet. It'll be a shame to lose this event from the calendar as it's usually well attended by the big names Michal Prokop is the current title holder and three time winner, Joost Wichman has won it twice and Boom Boom placed 2nd in 2006.
