This weekend was a good one for both Cornish clubs, with riders from both clubs taking podiums in many different categorys. With the weather not exactly being favourable, but typically cornish at the same time, a good day was had by all, with plenty of close and exciting racing.
Dirt Bike Supply riders had many podiums and here they are:
Spicy Cumming took a well deserved 2nd in the cruiser 30-39 category, along with team mate Simon Rickett taking 6th in the same category. DBS rider Sean Herman took the SW1 plate in the MTB category, with Scott Dominguez taking 1st in the 20inch 11-12 year old category, with Antonia Rickett also taking 3rd in the same category, holding her own all day long.
Ian 'Father' Wherry was doing well in his motos, but had a big crash with Dave the Herminator Herman, down the first straight put him in 7th place, with the Hermiator scraping himself off the floor to take 8th place with a destroyed helmet.
Matthew Roddis took 3rd place in the 14year old 20inch category.
Other Riders who did well were,
Tyler Caddy taking the SW1 plate in 11-12year old boys, Ben Clarkson winning the SW1 plate in both 17+ Expert 20inch and 13-15 Cruiser
Well done to all cornish riders but you are too numerous to name you all.
The live band that played in the evening, Stand Up Jack were great entertainment, with some great covers by Jimmy Eat World, and Queen (at special request by John Clarkson).
