Round One of the UCI World cup was this weekend in Maribor Slovenia. Brits did well in qualifying with Dan atherton is pole position in 53.35 seconds

The brits are looking strong at the moment with 9 qualifiers. This must be reflection of the depth of talent that is developing in The NPS4X series.

It was a good night for the europeans with Lopes out in the first round no americans made the final. Prokop and Graves were absent in Denamrk pursuing BMX olympic points.

Ladies saw Fionn Griffith challenging hard to Anneke Beerten Anita Molcik and Melissa Buhl snapping everyone only to realled in by Beertens smooth pwer.
