Dedication'S What You Need

Antonia, my 9 year old daughter, who has recently started BMX, has had her first 'proper' crash and hospital stay!

Nearly a week we were in there, internal bleeding, no less. She always tries to do things well!

Whilst recovering, most kids do drawings, dot to dots and paintings of Mickey Mouse or something, but Toni decided she might look at alternate colour schemes for the Funn logo:

Not half bad we reckon.

The doctors were amazed on the evening of the accident, as while she was in resussetation, doubled up with pain and full of morphine, she suddenly stopped and asked the time.

"Twenty past nine" the surgeon said.

"Hey dad, we would have finished racing twenty minutes ago".

Followed by...

"I spos' Chicksands is out of the question?"

Fortunately she is getting better by the day, and is keen to get back on her bike, pestering her mother Michelle all day.
